Building 7 is part of the project comprising 5 buildings, and it stands at 4 floors in total. The layout is as follows:

- First to Third floor each consists of 6 one-bedroom apartments and 1 two-bedroom apartment.

- Fourth floor features 5 two-bedroom apartments, each of which has a private roof garden for residents to enjoy.
